Cultural Competency Training

Level Up NorCal will be providing an in-person three hour training on Cultural Competency on Thursday, June 16, 2022 in Sacramento.  Cultural competence is the ability to understand, communicate with and effectively interact with people across cultures. Today, many industries and organizations require annual training on cultural competency. Through a combination of classroom learning and interactive modules, attendees will examine concepts of culture, its impact on DEI, and implicit bias.  Attendees will increase understanding of other cultures, develop mindfulness towards cultural competency, and get tips for working with diverse communities.  Contact us for more information.
