FREE Vaccine Clinic in Tulelake!

Join Level Up NorCal in Tulelake, CA on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 810 Main Street from 10am – 3pm for a Community Wellness Fair!  FREE wellness checks, childhood and adult immunizations, information on health programs, PPE, and food boxes (limited supply).  Stop by the Level Up table for FREE face masks, hand sanitizer, at-home COVID test kits and more!  Spanish assistance is available for vaccination help.

Those getting their COVID-19 vaccination or booster will also get free food from an onsite food truck for them and their family and friends!  See you all there!
