Cultural Competency Training

Join Level Up NorCal for a Zoom training on Cultural Competency on Friday, April 1, 2022.  Cultural competence is the ability to understand, communicate with and effectively interact with people across cultures. Today, many industries and organizations require annual training on cultural competency. Through a combination of classroom learning and interactive modules, attendees will examine concepts of culture and implicit bias; increase understanding of other cultures; develop mindfulness towards cultural competency; and get tips for working with diverse communities.  Contact us for more information on how to register.
