Cultural Competency Training

Join Level Up NorCal for a training on Cultural Competency on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at the Red Bluff Community Center.  Cultural competence is the ability to understand, communicate with and effectively interact with people across cultures. Today, many industries and organizations require annual training on cultural competency. Through a combination of classroom learning and interactive modules, attendees will examine concepts of culture, classism and implicit bias; increase understanding of other cultures; develop mindfulness towards cultural competency; and get tips for working with diverse communities.
